Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a stir fry recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
½ bottle Mama Tangs Dressing & Marinade (sweet or spicy)
1 lb sirloin, cut into small bite size pieces
½ yellow or red onion, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
2-3 Tbsp green onion, chopped
-Combine everything together besides green onion and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
-Heat skillet over med-high heat and add in all ingredients including marinade. Cook for about 4 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
-Veggies will be al dente. If softer veggies are preferred, cook them for a few minutes before adding beef and remaining marinade.
