Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe that's healthy, light and quick to make.
The recipe is as follows:
1 lb gulf shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Thai Thai seasoning
3-4 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Cookwell & Company White Peppercorn Peach Glaze
-Season shrimp with Thai Thai and place in a bag or bowl with the Avocado oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
-Heat skillet over med-high heat. When hot, add the shrimp and oil to the pan, cook for about 4-5 minutes or until shrimp has changed color.
-Turn off heat and drizzle as much glaze as desired. Toss to coat and serve over rice. Garnish with green onions.
