Steve Constantine with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a healthy recipe for the new year.
The recipe is as follows:
Sweet & Spicy Arrabbiata Pasta
1 Lbs Ground Salmon
1 Jar Orti Di Calabria Arrabbiata Sauce
1 Red bell peppers, sliced
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp salt
½ pkg Organic Arugula
1 Lb HEB Organic Whole wheat pasta, cooked and cooled
-In a medium sauté pan cook salmon, and drain off any oil or fat.
-Add the rest of the ingredients, (except pasta & arugula) and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
-At the very last minute add arugula, and mix well.
-Serve over pasta and garnish with shredded cheese of choice. ENJOY!
