The recipe for the Texas Triple Threat Hamburger is as follows:
1 Lb 80/20 Ground Beef
1 Package HEB Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage Links, remove meat from casing
1 small package HEB Bacon Bits
1 tsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub, per burger
1 Jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1 container Shredded Habanero Cheddar Cheese
1 bag Bakery Buns
1 bunch cilantro
-In a large bowl mix ground beef, sausage and bacon bits together; mix well.
-Then portion them up into desired hamburger or slider sizes.
-Lightly season with Adams rub on the outside of the burger.
-Grill until burger is cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
-Just before burger is cooked to you liking, remove from direct heat and cover in Habanero Cheddar cheese, and let cheese melt.
-Serve burger with Bacon Jam & Cilantro and whatever other desired condiments (lettuce, tomato, bacon slices, onion, jalapeños ect.)
-Serve hot & Enjoy!
