Emily Madden from H-E-B shares an easy recipe perfect for Mardi Gras celebrations.
The recipe for creole meatballs is as follows:
1 jar Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
1 35oz pkg HEB Fully Cooked Homestyle Meatballs
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 lb green beans
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Cajun Rub
2 Tbsp Wyatts Finishing Butter, Tuscan Herb flavor
-Place frozen meatballs in a large baking dish and pour entire jar of Creole Sauce over top.
-Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
-Meanwhile sauté green beans in Wyatts butter and Cajun Rub for about 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.
-Serve meatballs over the white rice with the green beans on the side.
