Tuesday's Meal: Italian Chop Salad

Steve Constantine from H-E-B Cooking Connection talks about a new lineup of products from Gaido's in Galveston and he showcases one of the products in a recipe.

The recipe for Steve's Italian chop salad is as follows:

1 head of Romaine Lettuce, chopped

1/2 bag HEB Spinach, chopped

1/2 red onion, diced

3 Roma tomatoes, diced

1 large crown of broccoli, small dice

1 can HEB Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup HEB Shredded Mozzarella

1 package HEB Organic Basil, Minced

1/4 lb of Deli In House Roasted Turkey, cubed

1/2 pack of HEB Dry Salami, sliced thinly

Gaidos Honey Pecan Vinaigrette, to taste*
