AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - A unique new pop-up has opened in downtown Austin, offering attendees a look at what it would have been like in a World War I war bunker.
"War Remains" is a VR experience based on the work of podcaster Dan Carlin. Described as an "immersive memory," the pop up uses virtual reality technology to transport the viewer into World War I, allowing them to experience one of the "most extreme battlefields in history".
The pop up is open through September 1.
