The recipe for mahi mahi tacos is as follows:
Mahi Mahi chunks
1/3 cup Mexican Cream
1/2 bottle Salsa Criolla Caliente Colombian Salsa, divided
* Marinate Mahi Mahi in Salsa Criolla, reserving 3-4 tablespoons, for 30 minutes.
* Combine Mexican Cream with remaining tablespoons of Salsa Criolla and mix well.
* Cook fish in skillet over med-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.
* When fish is done, place a couple chunks in each tortilla. Top with cabbage, a slice of avocado, and Mexican cream/salsa mixture.
