The recipe is follows:
Bacon, cooked & chopped
Red onion, thin sliced
Yellow bell pepper, thin sliced
Grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup In House roasted turkey breast, diced
1/2 cup Ottavio olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp minced shallots
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp Frankie V's Creamy Serrano Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
* Place salad ingredients on a plate, or toss together in a bowl.
* For vinaigrette place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk. OR place into a jar and shake well.
* Vinaigrette will keep in the fridge for about a week, shake well before each use.
