The recipe is as follows:
1 lb 90/10 ground beef
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
6 strips bacon
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Byers Best Candied Jalapenos, or to taste
6 hot dog buns
Whataburger Peppercorn Ranch
* Roughly chop the jalapenos and mix them well with the cream cheese.
* Divide the ground beef into 6 portions. Flatten each portion into a rectangle about 3 inches wide and 5 inches long. Place about a tablespoon and a half in the center of the meat in a line going down the middle, leaving about an inch from the edge of each end. Rub the Adam's Reserve Burger Spice on the burger dog. Carefully wrap the beef around the cheese mixture, then wrap with bacon.
* Heat a skillet over medium heat, when hot add a small amount of oil. Cook on each side about 1 1/2-2 minutes. Bacon should be cooked all the way.
* Place on hot dog bun and top with Whataburger ranch.
