The recipe is as follows:
1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey, browned and crumbled
1 jar Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
1 lb pasta, cooked
1 lb HEB Easy Melt Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
* Combine Green Chile Stew and easy melt into a sauce pot or microwave safe dish and heat until cheese is melted.
* Stir in cream, House rub, and beef and combine well, then stir in pasta.
* Place mixture into a prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
* Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
