Emily Madden with H-E-B shares recipes for some holiday sides.
The recipes are as follows:
Zesty Cranberry Sauce
1 12oz bag fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups Roberts Reserve Cran Razz Sauce
the zest from 1 orange
the juice from 1 orange
* Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to simmer, and cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally. Cranberries will pop open when done.
* Serve right away or chill and serve cold.
1 pkg HEB Cranberry Pork cocktail sausages
1 cup Roberts Reserve Cran Razz Sauce
1 1/2 cups Roberts Reserve BBQ Sauce (assorted varieties)
* Put both sauces in crockpot and mix well. Add in sausages and cook on high for about an hour until sausages are heated through.
* In small pot warm both sauces together. In skillet heat the sausages. When warm add them in to the pot of sauce and serve.
