There's always leftovers after the big meal and Mia Vargas from Whole Foods has an idea on what you can do with them.
Mia's recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers casserole is as follows. She recommends using a 9x9 casserole dish.
3 cups chopped turkey
2 cups mashed potatoes (or sweet potatoes)
2 cups stuffing
2 cups green bean casserole (or whatever veggie leftovers you would want to use)
About 2 cups of gravy, divided
Toppers: shredded cheddar cheese or French fried onions
Grease a casserole dish that will fit the amount of leftovers you have.
First layer will be the stuffing. Layer turkey on next. Layer mashed potatoes on top of turkey and pour some gravy over everything. Layer green bean casserole next with more gravy and top with cheddar cheese!
Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
