Daniela Marcone is here from Andiamo Ristorante to show us how to make Truffle Linguine.
Linguine al Tartufo - Truffle Linguine
- 1 1/2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp shallots
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1 tbsp of black truffle
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 tbsp of Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 6 oz linguine pasta
- salt to taste
- Heat the pan at medium and add the butter, shallot, saffron, truffle
- Cook everything together for one minute and add the wine
- Cook for one more minute
- Add the pasta that you previously boiled and and finish everything with truffle oil and cheese.
