Andrew McCarthy has gone through many career transformations. From teen heart throb in such movies as "Pretty in Pink" to television director that includes episodes of "Orange is the New Black" and also an accomplished travel writer. 

Now McCarthy adds author to that list with his new book, "Just Fly Away."
