The recipe is as follows:
4 thin sliced chicken breasts
4 sesame seed buns
1 1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Asian House Rub
1/2 cup Roberts Reserve Plum Garlic Thai Sauce
1 cup mayo, or Greek yogurt
1 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup green onion
* Season chicken and cook in a skillet over med-high heat for about 2 minutes per side.
* In the meantime, mix the Plum Garlic Thai sauce and mayo in a medium sized bowl. Add in the coleslaw mix, peanuts, and green onion and mix well.
* When chicken if done, place one piece on each bun and top with slaw mixture.
