Emily Madden from H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a great recipe using a fall favorite.
The recipe for chicken over black rice with pumpkin cream sauce is as follows:
1 lb Chicken cutlets
2-3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Umami Bomb seasoning
2 cups black rice, cooked
1 jar Cosi Come Pumpkin Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Humble House Ancho & Morita Smokey Sauce
* Season chicken with Umami Bomb.
* Cook in a skillet over medium/medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side. Juices should run clear. Remove chicken from pan and add in heavy cream and pumpkin cream. Whisk until sauce is well incorporated and heated through.
* Place chicken over black rice and top with pumpkin cream sauce. Drizzle Ancho & Morita sauce over top.
