The recipe is as follows:
4 large Russet baking potatoes, cooked
1 jar Cookwell & Company 2-Step Chili Mix
1 lb ground beef
shredded cheese, sliced green onion
* Brown ground beef in a skillet until all pink is gone, about 5-7 minutes.
* Add in chili mix and heat through.
* Slice open potato and butter. Place a spoonful of chili on top of potato and top with cheese and green onion.
* Add jalapenos or corn chips for fun!
