The recipe is as follows:
4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
1 bottle Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette, divided
1 cup sliced red onion
4 slices Havarti
4 Ciabatta rolls
4J Sweet Hot Mustard
* Place onions and 1 1/4 cup in an air tight container. Toss to mix and cover. Place in fridge for 6 hours or over night.
* Use the remaining vinaigrette to marinate the chicken.
* Heat skillet over medium high heat. Place chicken in skillet and pour marinade over top. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
* Cut ciabatta rolls in half and spread 4J mustard on both sides. Place chicken on the bottom half, top with cheese, marinated onions, tomato and lettuce.
