Cooking with FOX 7: Game day foods

Tara Treffry with Whole Foods has recipes and ideas for that party you're throwing for the big game.

The following is a recipe for buffalo chicken dip:


  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
  • 5oz Crystal's hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup celery diced thin
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced 
  • 3oz Primal Kitchen ranch 
  • 5oz Kite Hill ricotta 
  • 2oz finely sliced green onion 
  • 2 garlic cloves finely minced 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  • Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees 
  • Dice celery thinly and mix with lemon and set aside 
  • In a medium bowl mix shredded chicken, minced garlic, hot sauce, ranch, ricotta, salt, and pepper until well incorporated 
  • Pour mixture into a cast iron skillet and bake for 17 to 20 minutes
  • Let cool for five minutes - top will celery, green onion, and a drizzle of ranch
  • Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, oe warm Siete tortilla quarters
