Cooking with FOX 7: Pork teriyaki lettuce wraps

Emily Madden teaches Good Day Austin how to make some pork teriyaki lettuce wraps.

Recipe:

3 Tbsp Ottavio Avocado Oil
1 lb ground pork
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Asian House Rub
1 bag H-E-B Broccoli Slaw
1 bottle Cookwell & Company Teriyaki Glaze
Butter Leaf Lettuce wraps
1/2 cup chopped roasted cashews

* Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.  Add in pork and season with Adams rub.  Cook until meat has browned and there is no longer any pink.  Break up meat as it's cooking.
* Once meat is cooked all the way through, add in Broccoli Slaw and toss.  Cook 1-2 minutes.  Veggies should remain crunchy.  Add in teriyaki sauce and toss to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional minute.  Remove from heat.
* Place a spoonful of pork mixture on a leaf of lettuce and top with cashews.
