Tara Treffry with Whole Foods Market shares a recipe that's sure to make dads out there happy.
The recipe, which serves four, is as follows:
4 Ultimate Burgers
1 package Pure Luck Anaheim Chili Chèvre
4 Challah Buns
1 package Living Butter Lettuce
1 Heirloom tomato
1 red onion sliced thin
365 Dijon Mustard to Taste
Grill Burgers to medium or preferred temperature, approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Grill sliced Challah bun for 45 seconds.
Take grilled bun and spread one tablespoon of dijon mustard on the bottom of the bun, top with butter lettuce, thinly sliced onion, grilled burger patty, heirloom tomato and 2 oz of Anaheim Chili Chèvre.
Add bun top and slice in half.
