Kendra Scott and Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Austin based jewelry designer Kendra Scott has big plans to support women fighting breast cancer for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and you can help.

In October when customers purchase a piece in Kendra's Pink Give Back jewelry collection a piece of jewelry will be given to a woman fighting breast cancer.

Customers can also write an encouraging note to patients that will go along with the gift.

Kendra Scott is also donating $100,000 to two different organizations helping women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and their families: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Inheritance of Hope.

In 2016, Kendra lost her close friend, Holley Kitchen, to breast cancer and has been determined to do all she can to help women fighting the disease.

The Buy One, Gift One campaign runs through October at all Kendra Scott stores and online. Kendra plans to give thousands of women around the country that jewelry.

Kendra Scott's donation to Inheritance of Hope will be used to send families facing the loss of parent on an all expense paid trip where families can create priceless memories.

On October 13, Kendra will once again celebrate Holley Day dedicating a day of giving in honor of Holley.
