Most drivers in Austin will agree the city has a traffic problem. Mayor Steve Adler is proposing a $720 million mobility bond for the November ballot. Adler says now is the time to do something.
The bond would cost taxpayers about five dollars more a month in city taxes. Adler wants the council to take action sometime in the next two weeks.
He hopes council will take action within the next two weeks. Adler stopped by Good Day Austin to discuss the bond and his last pitch to the feds for money to help with transportation issues.
