Chef Victor and Daniela Marcone with Andiamo Ristorante make a seafood dish.
The recipe is as follows:
1 ea Lobster Tail (6 oz) cut in half
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1tsp fresh garlic
1 tbs red chile flakes
1 tbs oregano
1ea roma tomatoes diced
2 tbs white wine
1/4 tomatoes sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
7oz fresh long pasta ( spaghetti or linguine)
Pre heat a sauteed pan with 1 tbs of olive oil, seared the lobster in the pan both
Add garlic and flake chili pepper, oregano and tomatoes at the same time, cook
for one minute and add the pasta to it.
