Below is the Stiles Switch BBQ recipe for its Lemon Vinaigrette Coleslaw.
(1) Head of Cabbage Shredded
(2-3) Carrots Shredded
(3) cups of Red Cabbage Shredded
(2) Yellow Onions - Julienne
Salt & Pepper
Heat 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil on medium heat
Cook down Onions for 2-3 minutes under tender
In a large bowl add the Shredded Cabbages & Carrots
Next add the hot onions and oil to the bowl letting them wilt down the cabbage mixture
Next add zest and juice of lemons
Add 2 cups mustard
Add 1/2 cup honey
Add salt and pepper to taste
