Prom Rack event to give 3,000 dresses away to teens across Central Texas

Going to prom can be expensive so to make sure no one is left out volunteers will be giving away 3,000 dresses to teens. The only requirement is a valid high school ID and a parent. This marks the 12th year for the Prom Rack Event.

The Mount Sinai Baptist Church will be transformed into a boutique complete with personal shoppers allowing young ladies to pick out a dress at no cost.

The event is Saturday, April 2 at the church from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Everyone is invited.

Dresses are accepted all year round.
