Staying fit during the winter months

Meteorologists are predicting a wet winter. The elements can make it difficult for avid cyclists or runners to get their workouts in. Dr. David Savage is an orthopedist at Texas Orthopedics. Each year he sees weather related injuries.

Dr. Savage has pulled together some of his favorite apps that he recommends to patients to get their workouts in without running the risk of getting injured.
