Emily Madden with H-E-B shares a fun and easy recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
1 jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
5 lb c-sized red potatoes, quartered & cooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup red onion, fine dice
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 cup celery, fine dice
1/2 cup green bell pepper, small dice
* In large bowl combine Bacon Jam, mayo, and house rub. Once combined, add in all other ingredients except potatoes and mix well.
* Fold in potatoes, stirring gently until dressing is even over the potatoes. Serve warm or chilled.
