Emily Madden from H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp Montana Mex picante salt
1 large baking potato, medium dice
1/2 jar Cookwell & Company Escabeche salsa
4J Tomatillo & Avocado sauce
* Season beef with picante salt and brown in a skillet. Drain fat and return to pan.
* Boil potatoes in water until half way cooked. Drain and then add potatoes to the cooked beef along with the salsa. Let this simmer for about 12 minutes, the sauce will thicken.
* Place mixture on a tortilla and top with cheese and the 4J tomatillo & avocado sauce.
