Do you love Greek salads? Emily Madden from H-E-B Cooking Connection put her own twist on one by making it into a sandwich.
The recipe is as follows:
Multigrain sliced bread
ged and greed bell pepper, sliced
HEB sliced turkey
HEB hummus, flavor of choice
* Spread hummus on both sides of the bread. On one side cover with crumbled feta and slightly press down into the hummus. Top with turkey, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, pepperocinis, and spinach.
