Emily Madden from H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe.
The recipe, which serves four to six, is as follows:
1 lb ground turkey
1 package HEB pork & bison sausage, sliced
1 jar Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew
large baking potatoes, cooked
salt and pepper
* Brown turkey in a skillet over med-high heat. Season to taste. A few minutes before the turkey is done add in the sausage. Once turkey is done and sausage is heated, add in the Green Chile Stew and let heat for about 5-10 minutes.
* Slice open potato. Season the potato and butter as desired. Pour turkey mixture over potato and top with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
