1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

Central Market Herb Garden Spring Mix
Jicama, small dice
Red onion, sliced thin
Fiesta taco pumpkin seeds
* Marinate shrimp in the Katy's Peri Peri Sauce for about 30 minutes.
* In a large bowl mix greens, jicama, onion, raisins, and cheese. Pour a few tablespoons of the Katy's Peri Peri sauce in the bowl and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
* Cook shrimp in skillet over med-high heat for about 5 minutes.
* Place salad on plate, top with shrimp and pumpkin seeds.
