The recipe is as follows:
4 mahi mahi filets
2-3 tbsp adams reserve classic italian bread dipper
2 tbsp avocare avocado oil
1 jar orti di calabria marinara w/ artichokes sauce
* Season fish with adams.
* Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
* Sauté fish for about 3 minutes per side.
* Deglaze the pan with wine or water, add in mariners and bring to a simmer.
* Serve with pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
