The recipe is as follows:
1 pkg sausage, sliced
½ white onion, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
1/3 bottle Texas on the Plate Smokey Soppin’ Sauce
- Heat skillet over med-high heat.
- Add in sausage, veggies, and Soppin’ Sauce and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve on a tortilla with cheddar cheese.
