Emily Madden from H-E-B shares a healthy and easy recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
12 oz sirloin, sliced thin
2-3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Thai Thai Rub
1 Serrano, thin sliced, seeds & ribs optional (or jalapeño)
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 bag matchstick carrots
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 limes, cut into wedges
1/2 head Romaine lettuce, washed
roasted peanuts for garnish
Roberts Reserve Plumb Garlic Thai Sauce for dipping
oil for cooking
* Season beef with Thai Thai.
* Heat skillet over med-high heat, add in oil. When hot add in beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
* Place lettuce on a plate. Place meat on each piece of lettuce topping with onion, carrot, cilantro, Serrano, lime and peanuts.
* Serve with Plumb Garlic Thai Sauce.
