Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
6 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1/4 cup cheddar, shredded
* Heat skillet over medium heat. Add in bacon jam and mustard powder. Stir until heated through.
* Add in spinach and toss in bacon jam until everything is evenly coated and spinach begins to wilt.
* Place on serving dish and top with red onion and cheddar.
