PHOTO: Littlest citizen displeased with Clearwater officer

- National Night Out was a success in Clearwater for everyone except one of its littlest citizens.

Officer Chad Reed, who has been with the department since 1999, was captured in a photo holding a baby, only the baby is none too pleased to be there with him and is making his feelings known about it.

Officer Reed, however, appears to be laughing in the photo. You can't win them all, officer!

The event was Tuesday night at the Super Target at Clearwater Mall.

There were police horses, dogs, motorcycles, and those who attended got to get a sneak peek at how the SWAT and hostage negotiator teams do their jobs.
