An 8-year-old girl named Safyre has captured hearts all over the globe.

A post on the "Safyre Schenectady's Super Survivor" Facebook page saying all Safyre wanted for Christmas was Christmas cards has since gone viral, and she has received nearly 200,000 cards and thousands of packages, and the mail still keeps coming. Her caregivers were so overwhelmed, they had to call in reinforcements to help sort through it all.

Monday, Safyre was also surprised by the organization, "Baking Memories 4 Kids," with a trip to Walt Disney World. The non-profit group sends children with life-threatening or terminal illnesses on cost-free vacations with their families, and Safyre will travel to Orlando with her aunt in February.

Safyre was the sole survivor of an intentionally set fire that took the lives of her father, her sister, and two brothers. She was burned over 75 percent over her body and has had to have her right hand amputated. She now lives with her aunt, uncle and two cousins as she continues to undergo operations and treatments.

If you're still interested in sending her a card, cards can be sent to:

The family also set up a fundraising website to help pay for all of Safyre's medical bills. Here's video of Safyre thanking everyone:
