Ludacris brought some much needed holiday cheer to some hospitalized patients in Atlanta this week. Tuesday, the rapper-turned-actor stopped by Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) bearing lots of toys and teddy bears. The hospital said this is the third year Ludacris has made the special delivery.

Ludacris shared several photos from the visit on Instagram and said making their day is what makes his day.

"To all the parents my heart & prayers are with you. To all the children I admire your strength and perseverance," Ludacris said.

CHOA shared an image from the visit on Facebook and many families have responded stating how much it meant to them.

"Thanks you brightened my baby's day. No child wants to be in the hospital during the holidays but you helped bring some cheer to us," a mother said.
