*Update* Longhorns get #3 seed in Dallas Baptist regional

*Update* The Texas Longhorns is the #3 seed in the Dallas Baptist regional and will play Oregon State in the 1st Round of the 2015 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship. The Longhorns made the field after winning the Big 12 championship Sunday.

Two other teams from the Big 12, Oklahoma State and TCU, made the tournament with at-large bids. Oklahoma State will face off against St. John's (NY) in the 1st Round and TCU will play Sacred Heart. Stony Brook and North Carolina State are the other two teams in TCU's regional.

Texas A&M will play Texas Southern in the 1st Round. California and Coastal Carolina are the other two teams in its regional.

Houston will play Houston Baptist in the 1st Round with Rice and Louisiana-Lafayette the other teams in their regional.

Zane Gurwitz broke a tie with a two-run single in the eighth inning as fifth-seeded Texas won the Big 12 championship Sunday by beating second-seeded Oklahoma State 6-3.

The Longhorns earned an automatic NCAA Tournament berth.

Oklahoma State lost in the title game for the second consecutive year.
