$7,500 reward offered for Most Wanted Fugitive

The Texas Department of Public Safety has added James Lee Matley to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List. A cash reward of up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture.

40-year-old Matley has ties to the El Paso, Victoria, Edna (Jackson County) and South Texas areas. The Texas Chicano Brotherhood gang member has a violent criminal history and is currently wanted for parole violation. Matley has been known to work in the metal working, oilfield and construction industries. More information can be found in his wanted bulletin here.

Matley is 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 240 pounds and may be known as "Rooster" or "Trigger." He has the name "Naomi" tattooed on the left side of his neck, and various other tattoos on his left cheek, chest, back, arms, abdomen, left hand, left wrist and fingers.
