Hays County authorities release sketch of Sexual Assault suspect

The Hays County Sheriff's Office has released the following image and information on the suspect wanted for last week's Sexual Assault in San Marcos.

The following is from the Hays County Sheriff's Office Facebook page:

On May 6, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Hays County Sheriff's Office responded to Central Texas Medical Center for a reported sexual assault victim. Detectives interviewed a 22 year old female who reported that she was at a local bar in San Marcos earlier that morning, approximately 3:00 a.m., and while drinking she got extremely ill. She stepped outside of the bar and began vomiting. She was approached by an unknown male and asked her if she needed help. He then pulled her into his car and drove to an unknown location. The victim blacked out and when she awoke, she realized that she had been sexually assaulted. The suspect dropped her off at a residence in San Marcos and drove away.

The Hays County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the sketch that is attached. The suspect is described a:
Dark skinned male
Approximately 5'5' - 5'8"
120-135 pounds
Very poor hygiene

Anyone with information regarding this case should contact the Hays County Sheriff's Office at 512-393-7896 and ask to speak with the Criminal Investigations Division or you may contact the Hays County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-324-TIPS (8477). You may also submit your information electronically from the link on the Hays County Crime Stoppers website or by using the free "TipSubmit" application from a smart phone. Should your information lead to the arrest and indictment of the suspect(s), you will be eligible for a CASH reward of up to $1,000. All calls are confidential and callers will remain anonymous. You do not have to give your name and you will not have to testify in court.
