3 more charges filed against suspected rock thrower Pat Johnson

Three additional charges have been brought forth against suspected rock thrower Pat Johnson.  The court documents filed today strengthen APD's case against Pat Johnson.

These new charges make for 6 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a 2nd Degree Felony.

In addition to these 6 Aggravated Assault charges Johnson is also being charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in an unrelated case.

These new charges display a pattern in Johnson's behavior following rock throwing incidents along I-35. Johnson is accused of returning to the scene of the crime.

In one such case the victim states that Johnson took photos of the damaged vehicle.  The victim asked that Johnson not share the photographs with the news media.  However KVUE staff later confirmed with Police that Johnson did receive photos from Johnson.
