Austin ramen restaurant named best in America

Time Out set out to find the best places to get ramen in America and an Austin restaurant tops its list. The publication says Ramen Tatsu-Ya is the best "thanks to its extraordinarily intense broth."

In second place was Mu Ramen in New York City. The rest of the top 10 is as follows:
