Buda Police believe deadly train incident was accidental

According to the Buda Police Department, they believe the deadly train-pedestrian incident  that killed 13-year old Tanley Yacos in March was accidental. 

Investigators said an official cause of death will not be released until the entire investigation is complete. Toxicology results are still pending. 

Yacos was killed around 2 A.M. on March 26 after she was hit by a train while walking near the South Loop 4 and Houston Street tracks.
