AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The Austin Police Department is conducting an investigation after a deceased person was found on a trail near West Gate Boulevard on Thursday night.
According to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services, first responders with ATCEMS and the Austin Fire Department were dispatched to a trail near the 4400 block of West Gate Boulevard around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 for reports of a person suffering from a medical issue. When first responders arrived on scene, the male was already deceased.
He is believed to be a male in his thirties, according to ATCEMS.
