FEMA registration deadline for October storm victims
January 25 is the deadline to register for help from FEMA if your home was damaged or destroyed during severe weather in October.
The FEMA assistance is specifically targeted toward homeowners or renters who suffered damage or flooding from October 22 through October 31. If you’re in that category it is the last day to get help from FEMA.
Those who qualify must live in certain counties including Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays and Travis.
