Here is a quick breakdown of what your vote means.

If you vote "Yes" on Prop One, you're siding with Uber and Lyft to reject the city's regulations. 

If you vote "No" to Prop One, you are siding with the city and asking ride-sharing companies to require fingerprint background checks for drivers along with other regulations.
