FOX 7 Discussion: Air Force failed to report gunman's criminal history to the Pentagon

We're now learning where shooter Devin Kelley purchased some of his guns.

According to investigators, Kelley bought two guns from Academy Sports and Outdoors.

The company has since sent out a statement about those sales, saying:

"Academy Sports and Outdoors sends our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the entire Sutherland Springs community.  Based on information we received from law enforcement, we confirmed that the suspect purchased two firearms from two San Antonio locations, 1 in 2016 and 1 in 2017.  We also confirmed that both sales were approved by the National Instant Criminal background check system. We are co-operating with law enforcement as they investigate further."

FOX 7's Mike Warren and Rebecca Thomas talked to Amy Edwards with "Mom's Demand Action for Gun Sense in America," about what could of been done to stop Kelley from getting access to guns.
